Petrohue Adventure 4 days trekk
Day 01 PETROHUE
Arrival at Hotel Petrohue . Accommodation in rooms with private bath, American breakfast and full board included. Afternoon tour to be chosen from menu of excursions.
Days 02-04
Full day tour to be chosen from menu excursions ( see below)
Around 05:00 PM return towards Puerto Varas.
MENU OF EXCURSIONS
1.- Full Day Trekking Osorno Volcano Slopes :
Medium difficulty excursion, day. Picnic lunch included .
We will arrive to a huge lava-field from the last eruption in the 19th century. From here we have a wonderful view of the area. Picnic lunch. On the way back we will arrive at Playa Larga Beach , where you will have some time to relax.
2.- Trekking El Callao Hot Springs (02 Days / 01 Night): Medium difficulty excursion by boat and trekking. Two days. Accommodation at the outdoor camp El Callao hots spring in shared rooms. Picnic lunch, dinner and breakfast at the camp.
3.- Half Day Trekking Osorno Volcano Slopes: Medium difficulty trekking. Box lunch en route.
4.- Full Day Trekking Paso De Los Pumas:
Heavy trekking and boat excursion, day, Picnic lunch included. Departure from Puerto Varas to Petrohue , from here we will cross the Todos los Santos Lake in a motorboat, until Playa Negra . The trek is of aprox. 5 hours and we begin by going up to a little mountain across a native forest of Coihues, Arrayanes, Ulmos among others. The route Paso de los Pumas goes through Sierra Santo Domingo, a native forest, until reaching Rio León . From a viewpoint of the park you can appreciate the wonderful views of Todos los Santos lake and the Puntiagudo & Osorno volcanoes. Pic-nic lunch will be served there. Afternoon return to Petrohué beach by motorboat. Finally transfering to Puerto Varas.
5.- Full Day Trekking To the Petrohue River Falls: Medium difficulty trekking excursion, half day. Box lunch on route.
